Ask Navid

Source-backed, not live.

A static preview of how Ask Navid should route public questions through approved sources, uncertainty, and direct escalation.

Direct answer

Is Ask Navid live?

No. Ask Navid is a static public retrieval map today. It shows how future answers should stay inside approved public sources, uncertainty, and contact escalation.

Proven

This page lists answer rules, public source paths, and current routes through Work, Notes, Briefing Room, and Contact.

Not proven

It does not prove a live chat, model, non-public context store, visitor profile, backend, retrieval service, or automated action system.

Public source: Ask Navid privacy boundary

future structured public route

Public retrieval map.

Ask Navid is not live yet. It is being prepared as a public briefing layer over approved public content, visible source boundaries, and static proof records only. Private systems, non-public context, and operational sources are not connected.

Source rule
Answers may use approved public Work, Notes, Letters, route copy, source records, and visible status labels only.
Uncertainty rule
Unsupported points stay unresolved. Company context, private facts, and implementation readiness must be named as unknown.
Escalation rule
Questions that depend on private context, regulated decisions, or operating constraints route to direct contact.
01

Workflow fit

Where should AI fit inside our current workflow?

Ask Navid should answer with workflow-first public logic, then mark company-specific fit as unresolved until direct context is reviewed.

Can use

Workflow-first notes, AI governance records, evidence/eval notes, briefing prompts, and public Work summaries.

Should route

Route to Briefing Room, workflow notes, and contact when company-specific detail is needed.

Cannot claim

No answer should invent company context, internal data quality, or implementation readiness.

02

Roadmap fit

Can Navid help with an AI roadmap or integration strategy?

Ask Navid should answer from the public capability record and system path, while keeping scope, maturity, and commercial fit bounded.

Can use

Public positioning copy, capability records, Ask boundaries, and the Business -> Systems -> Data -> AI -> Products path.

Should route

Route to Work for evidence and to email for the AI Strategy Brief.

Cannot claim

No answer should imply client outcomes, revenue impact, employment status, or production maturity.

03

Proof status

What has been built, and what is only planned?

Ask Navid should separate public proof, planned artifacts, private/non-public material, and route copy without upgrading any status.

Can use

Work records, public route copy, and related notes.

Should route

Route to Work detail pages and show planned/private/public artifact distinctions.

Cannot claim

No answer should expose non-public implementation detail or treat planned records as live proof.

04

First pass

What would a safe first AI product pass look like?

Ask Navid should answer with proof gates, boundaries, and prototype discipline, then direct regulated or company-specific decisions to review.

Can use

Notes on proof, boundaries before autonomy, product narrowing, eval gates, and public-safe prototype records.

Should route

Route to Notes first, then Work records that show narrowed proof paths.

Cannot claim

No answer should recommend regulated, legal, medical, financial, or company-specific actions without direct review.

Escalation

When the public layer is not enough.

The public surface can point to proof and boundaries. It cannot know a company's sources, constraints, risk posture, or decision authority. Send that context directly.

Contact

Send the working context.

Send the business pressure, workflow, source boundary, or proof question. Best fit: hiring, AI roadmap, product-system work, and collaboration where evidence matters before claims.
